COMMISSIONED WORKS
Janelle and Greg bring a unique and dynamic style to their art, characterized by themes of perception and perspective. Their work embodies a sense of playful chaos—a layered, almost "clusterfuck" aesthetic that invites viewers to dive in and find meaning amidst the intricate details. Each piece they create reflects a vibrant, multifaceted view of reality, making it both visually compelling and thought-provoking.

CURATION
Together, LORDXJAY is a creative force when it comes to crafting and curating memorable events. Known for their strong vision and innovative approach, they handle everything from concept development to producing event-exclusive art and promotional materials. A prime example of their work is Dirty Laundry, an airbrushing event held in July 2024 at Stance’s flagship store in Hudson Yards, New York. Collaborating with their friend Remain Raw, LORDXJAY transformed the space into a lively hub where visitors shopped and enjoyed live DJing by hip-hop legend Large Professor. Inspired by a custom painting created for the event, they airbrushed one-of-a-kind designs, adding a unique and personal touch to each attendee’s experience.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
LORDXJAY are known for their meticulous approach as creative directors, transforming ideas into reality with a level of detail that sets them apart. They bring an unmatched dedication to each project, making them a formidable creative force in the industry. An example of their unique approach was showcased in October 2024, when they curated LORDXJAY's Terrifying Toke 'N Stroke, an exclusive event with local tattoo shop Glorious Tattoo Studios. Every aspect of this experience was crafted with precision—from the impactful flyers and strategic marketing to the thoughtful gifts included with each ticket. Ticket holders enjoyed a hands-on painting session led by LORDXJAY, surrounded by a creative atmosphere that reflected the duo’s passion and vision.

GARMENT CREATION
Greg and Janelle have extensive experience in transforming ideas into wearable art, taking concepts from initial logo creation to garment production. They have hands-on expertise in processes like screen printing and DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer pressing, which they’ve applied in numerous projects. For instance, at the Dirty Laundry event at Stance’s flagship store, they designed and pressed exclusive t-shirts that were available for purchase. Similarly, for the Toke 'N Stroke event, each ticket came with a custom apron featuring the event’s logo, carefully pressed onto the fabric to add a personalized touch. Their skill set enables them to bring creative visions—both their own and those of collaborators—to life on apparel, showcasing their attention to detail and their technical proficiency in garment production.

TEACHING
Janelle and Greg bring rich experience in teaching and mentoring students from elementary through high school and beyond, having worked with NYC-based nonprofits and organizations to offer extracurricular activities in art and esports. Their unique approach combines fun with understanding, making learning both engaging and effective. Known for their ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff, they create an environment where students feel connected, supported, and inspired. Their dedication and rapport leave a lasting impression, making them memorable figures in every school and community setting they work with.
